Ian says, Beads By Tatum isn’t just a product, its an experience. When I talked with Tatum about wanting a necklace and bracelet, Tatum immediately started asking questions. I didn’t know what colors or what styles I wanted but Tatum was able to figure it out with the questions she was asking. I ended up getting a black, blue, and white necklace and a burgundy and gold bracelet. The necklace is basic enough that I can wear it wherever and it matches almost everything I wear.  Blue is my favorite color and I don’t recall ever telling her that so the fact she was able to make me it was impressive. But what I loved most was the bracelet. I mentioned the Washington Commanders once and she went with the risk of making me a bracelet with their colors, and it paid off in spades. It’s a great bracelet and I was just so happy about the end products.

Another thing I wanted to mention was customer service. Tatum kept me in the loop about products and was very patient with me about figuring out a time and place to get the package delivered.

The jewelry is genuienly well made, and it’s been the type of jewelry that I’ve always wanted but only knew from Etsy where it was really pricey plus shipping. Especially the chokers they just look really good and compliment the neck and collar bones. They look so pretty too. She has multiple colors, multiple forms of beads, and multiple sizes of beads, so it isn’t a “you get what you get” situation.
